How do I form a Thai company?

Thai laws require that you register a Thai limited company. If you work for your business and receive any income you will need to apply for a work permit, penalties for working and receiving income from your business without having a work permit are severe; this will result in possible detention and deportation. The upside of having a work permit is that you can apply for a 1 year non-immigrant B visa. This will allow you to purchase a car, motorbike, telephone and open a bank account in your own name or company name. 

The procedures to register a Thai limited company are;

On arrival, we can introduce you to our lawyers, International law, and they will process all the necessary papers to register your company, this will take approximately 3 weeks.

Once you have been approved with your registration, you then can apply for a 1 year non-immigrant B visa, followed by your application for a work permit. The work permit will take about 1 month to process through.
